Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes. Tuition includes 2 CDs, songbook, and activity suggestions for parents. Refunds are not available after the first class, but make-ups can be arranged based on availability.

Spring classes begin the week of March 29,2010 and will run for 9 weeks ending May 29,2010. Tuition is $155 for first child and $70 for siblings 8+ months. There is no registration fee.

**All enrollees for the Second Baptist Church location, please make checks payable to CLC. All other locations please make checks payable to Lisa Khoury, Director. Print registration form, fill out and mail to:

Spring on-line registration and tuition is due by or before March 15,2010 to guarantee your reserved day and time. Tuition is non-refundable after the first class. Please contact me if you need to make other payment arrangements.
