Music Together with Lisa - Register Now for Winter Semester

Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes. Tuition includes 2 CDs, songbook, and activity suggestions for parents. Refunds are not available after the first class, but make-ups can be arranged based on availability.

Winter classes begin the week of January 12, 2009 and will run for 9 weeks through to March 7, 2009. Tuition is $155 for first child and $70 for siblings 8+ months. There is no registration fee.

Winter on-line registration and tuition is due by or before December 15, 2008 to guarantee your reserved day and time. Tuition is non-refundable after the first class. Please contact me if you need to make other payment arrangements.

We'll confirm your registration once we have received payment. Register early to assure your spot. Classes do fill quickly.
